How the commission process works
When a commission has been agreed, I will require you to email me a minimum of two/three good quality photographs showing well-defined frontal views of the property.
My artwork is based on the photographs received, from which a pencil outline is produced (freehand) to broadly scale up the commission before moving on to ink and watercolours to complete your commission.
Please note that the timeline for the work to be completed can vary dependent on size and complexities of the house or building. This will usually take between 2 to 6 weeks. If you need the artwork sooner, please contact me and we’ll discuss the possibility of an earlier date.
I will email photo of near completed work and upon completion of your commission, it will be sent to you via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery service (UK only) or other specified postage service.
Please note you are purchasing a bespoke artwork that I will have created and therefore the copyright of that image belongs to me.
